These Terms govern your purchase and use of a Reclaim Your Voice consultation, provided by Lantier Enterprises LLC (Lafayette, Louisiana) at reclaim-your-voice.com. This is a template and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before you rely on it.
Reclaim Your Voice is a one on one, 60 minute consultation with Cory Lantier, held by video or phone. It offers general encouragement and personal business and life experience.
Sessions are not medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and are not a substitute for professional care or treatment. No specific results are promised or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your own circumstances and effort. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional. In the US, you can call or text 988.
After payment you will schedule your session on our booking calendar. You may reschedule using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your session. If you miss a scheduled session without rescheduling in time, it may be treated as completed.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your session and we will review your request in good faith. Sessions that have been completed are generally non refundable.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By booking, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Sessions are provided in good faith and in a spirit of respect. We may end a session and decline future bookings in cases of abusive or unlawful conduct.
Any materials shared during a session are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lantier Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the consultation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
